Array Tray

Utopia is clarity, peace of mind, a tidy space. Disorganization and visual clutter impact the ability to focus, resulting in stress and anxiety. Exploring the ways in which design can facilitate an organized workspace, the Array Tray features four sliding trays, the bottom of each is an open grid structure that increases in scale–from a .5” open grid to a 2.5” open grid, forcing categorization of objects by size. The Array Tray recognizes the potential of design to shift behavior and emphasizes organization through form and function.
